Mountain High’s Fall Graduation on October 2 was a truly unforgettable celebration, filled with pride, joy, and plenty of happy tears. Students were honored for their hard work, determination, and perseverance as they crossed the stage to receive their diplomas amid enthusiastic cheers and applause from family, friends, and staff.
The room was filled with support as families, teachers, School Board members, and the Superintendent gathered to celebrate the remarkable accomplishments of these graduates. Their success is a testament to the resilience and dedication they demonstrated throughout their educational journey.
Principal Greg Wuthrich inspired those in attendance by sharing the story of the first climbers to reach the summit of Mount Everest. He compared their incredible achievement to the mountain each graduate has climbed to reach this milestone. His message served as a powerful reminder that even when obstacles seem insurmountable, perseverance and determination can turn dreams into reality. He concluded by reminding graduates of a cherished Mountain High tradition: “Once a Mountaineer, always a Mountaineer.”
The ceremony was more than a graduation. It was a celebration of courage, growth, and achievement, and a reminder that each of these graduates is prepared to reach even greater heights in the future.
